Martha Foote joined LibraryCo in October 2007 as Board General Manager. She holds a Masters degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Trinity College, University of Toronto. Martha has more than 20 years experience in law firms and the financial services sector. Martha was president of the Toronto chapter of the Special Libraries Association in 2006 and served on the board of the Canadian Association of the Law Libraries from 1995 to 1997. She is a past chair of the Legal Division of the Special Libraries Association.

Raluca Serban joined LibraryCo in June 2009 as Assistant to the Board General Manager. Raluca holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science from the University of Toronto, a Library and Information Technician diploma from Seneca College and is currently completing the Records and Information Management Program at Mohawk College.
