LibraryCo Inc. is a not-for profit Corporation created to carry on the central management of the Ontario County and District law library system in consultation with the Law Society of Upper Canada, the County and District Law Presidents' Association and the Toronto Lawyers Association.

The shareholders and the Board recognize that lawyers require access to legal information in order to practice law and county law libraries play a fundamental role. LibraryCo will endeavour to delivery quality library services and provide access to information efficiently and cost effectively to the lawyers of Ontario.
